Mark Anderson is the VP Drilling Solutions for Ensign and has 40 years of Drilling experience.
Previously Mark worked for Shell for 37 years with Shell in a variety of Well Engineering and Well Delivery Operations positions, with both technical and management responsibilities.
He started in New Orleans, had expat assignments in 6 countries (Rio de Janerio, Portugal, Syria, Aberdeen, Gabon, and Rijswijk, The Netherlands, totaling 20) years before moving to Houston where he still lives.
Mark is the past Chair of SPE’s Drilling System Automation Technical Section and sits on the Center for Houston’s Future – Future of Energy O&G Working Group.
