This new Reprint Series volume, an update of Reservoir Characterization (Reprint No. 27), is organized into five sections: Geology, Fractures, Petrophysics, Geostatistics, and Seismic Imaging. Among the many technical activities in which reservoir engineers are involved, reservoir characterization is perhaps the one that presents the greatest opportunity and the greatest need for effective integration with other disciplines. Thus, the papers in this volume address areas of overlap between reservoir engineering and the sciences of geology, geophysics, and geostatistics. The CD-ROM contains 20 papers.
