Sometimes when a browser isn't displaying correctly or not connecting to web pages like it should, you may need to clear the cache or temporary internet files. Each browser has a unique window of settings that will allow you to delete browsing history, cookies, favorites, download history, forms, and/or passwords.

Internet Explorer 9 & 10 (IE)

Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar and select Settings. Clearing Chrome cache

2. Click on Show Advanced Settings.

3. Locate the Privacy menu and select Clear browsing data.

4. You will have several selections on this screen.

  • You can choose how long back in history you want to clear.
  1. Past hour
  2. Past day
  3. Past week
  4. Past four weeks
  5. The beginning of time
  • Check the following items.
  1. Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
  2. Empty cache
  • Confirm your choices.
  1. Select Clear browsing data
