Sometimes when a browser isn't displaying correctly or not connecting to web pages like it should, you may need to clear the cache or temporary internet files. Each browser has a unique window of settings that will allow you to delete browsing history, cookies, favorites, download history, forms, and/or passwords.

Internet Explorer 9 & 10 (IE)

1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.... Clearing IE Cache

2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete. Clearing IE Cache

3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies. Clearing IE cache

Internet Explorer 9 & 10 (IE) Advanced

The above Internet Explorer procedure for clearing cache and cookies should work for the majority of websites, but certain website and applications require a more thorough procedure. If you are still having issues, try these steps in addition to the steps above.

1. Close out of Internet Options. Click on Tools and select Developer Tools. Clearing IE cache advanced

2. In the Developer Tools window, click on Cache and select Clear Browser Cache... Clearing IE cache advanced

3. Click Yes to confirm the clearing of the browser cache. Clearing IE cache advanced
