Sometimes when a browser isn't displaying correctly or not connecting to web pages like it should, you may need to clear the cache or  temporary internet files. Each browser has a unique window of settings that will allow you to delete browsing history, cookies, favorites, download history, forms, and/or passwords.

1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....

2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

The above Internet Explorer procedure for clearing cache and cookies should work for the majority of websites, but certain website and applications require a more thorough procedure. If you are still having issues, try these steps in addition to the steps above.

Sometimes when a browser isn't displaying correctly or not connecting to web pages like it should, you may need to clear the cache or temporary internet files. Each browser has a unique window of settings that will allow you to delete browsing history, cookies, favorites, download history, forms, and/or passwords.

Internet Explorer 9 & 10 (IE)

1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.... Clearing IE Cache
